This workshop is designed for all those delivering the Managed Individual Pathways (MIPS) for students 7 to 15 years and over in government and private schools.

Purpose

This workshop will assist attendees to identify and build upon the individual differences that students bring to the learning relationship and thereby assist attendees to deliver a more personalised program that works with the underlying drivers of student engagement and learning

Following this workshop, attendees will be able to deliver a more effective MIPS plan for all students.

Overview

This is a two day workshop to develop the skills of all those entrusted with delivering the Managed Individual Pathways for all students from 7 to 15 years and over in the government and private schools. The workshop teaches advanced  coaching methodologies and skills needed to assist students to make a smooth transition from compulsory education to further education, training and employment. In addition, participants will acquire skills to develop and manage the career pathways throughout the worklife of their students.
