Just because you choose to study online - DOESN'T MEAN you are all alone!
Our trainers are acknowledged experts in the field and are available to discuss any aspect of the subject content or specific study, assessment and/or learning issues you may be experiencing. One of the key components of learning for any student is the relationship and access they have to their teacher - we understand learning and provide the following contacts for your convenience.

You can arrange an after hours contact with one of our trainers by booking an appointment via our Student Contact Centre.
Students
Our trainers will provide you with assessment feedback within 4 working days of submission. We use constructive comments to support your learning and progress within your course.
Additionally, if you require any support with access to learning materials, subject contents, study skills, motivation - our expert subject advisors are on hand to assist. All you need to do is contact our Student Support Centre.
All of our programs also have Virtual Classroom activities - so you can discuss different aspects of your course and learning with your trainer directly.
