Study Stream C - Career Case Management
Case Management, is intended primarily for career practitioners who expect to work in education, government-funded or not-for-profit employment programs delivering career services to clients such as the unemployed, injured workers and the disadvantaged. They may have roles such as career teacher, client placement case manager, job search trainer, and intensive assistance counsellor or rehabilitation provider.

Study Stream D - Career-Life Coaching Third Age Clients
Life-Work Coaching of Third Age Clients, is designed to facilitate career practitioners in providing life-work coaching to those: over 48 years of age wanting to turn previously suppressed dreams into realities, exploring clear and imaginative part- or full-time retirement plans, older people being out placed and looking for ways to begin anew, seeking to define their purpose away from traditional linear careers towards a range of paid and unpaid activities, committed to a new way of living in their third age, confronted by the option of taking voluntary redundancy.

Study Stream E - Career Development in Education Settings
Career Development in Education Settings, is intended primarily for career practitioners who work in or expect to work in education settings delivering career services to students (at any education level). You may have roles such as career teacher, careers counsellor, career manager or a program specific name such as MIPS coordinator, GATEWAY coordinator or other such title.

Practice Management (Subjects 1 to 3) offers learning on how to operate successfully in the sector chosen for your future career support work.
The Project (Subject 4) allows students to synthesise their learning from all completed Study Modules and utilise it in a substantial project applicable to their particular goals, range of career services and their current or planned work setting.
