ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Career Life College (CLC). Career Life College Pty Ltd provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.
When using particular Career Life College Pty Ltd products and services, you and Career Life College Pty Ltd shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be altered at CLC's option. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOU.

REFUND POLICY for products and training
Refund will only be provided under the following terms:

1. No refund is possible for goods shipped unless the circumstance contravenes the laws of Victoria Australia; please ensure you select products carefully.
2. Refund for workshops, training or accreditation programs requested 8 weeks before the commencement of the program will be cheerfully refunded with an administration fee of 25%.
3. For international programs, refund for workshops, training or accreditation programs requested 8 weeks before the commencement of the program will be refunded with an administration fee of 50%.  This reflects the higher costs associated with offering programs internationally.
4. Request for refund within 8 weeks before the commencement of any workshop, training or accreditation course is not possible.  
5. All training or accreditation courses can be postponed with additional fees payable when you undertake the course.  These fees will reflect the costs of catering and/or other on-costs associated with the training course.
6. Any program that we cancel or postpone entitles you to a full refund of monies for that program.
7. Any other usage associated with Careers Fast Track Pty Ltd is subject to the Terms of Use posted at www.careersfasttrack.com.au

YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
No portion of the Career Life College products and services may be reproduced or copied without prior written permission from Career Life College Pty Ltd. All rights reserved. Any copying, redistribution, or retransmission of any of the contents of this service, including the psychometric instruments, without the express written consent of Career Life College Pty Ltd is strictly prohibited and legal action may be taken by copyright owners.

MEMBER ACCOUNTS, PASSWORDS, AND SECURITY
Upon completion of the Career Counselling and Coaching workshop you will be allocated a username and password associated with using the Career Management System on the www.careersfasttrack.com.au domain.
You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Career Life College Pty Ltd or Careers Fast Track Pty Ltd of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Career Life College Pty Ltd cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.

PUBLIC CONTENT POSTED TO CAREER LIFE COLLEGE
With respect to all Content you elect to post, upload, input, provide, or submit to Career Life College Pty Ltd's services, you grant Career Life College Pty Ltd the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Career Life College Pty Ltd, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Career Life College Pty Ltd's products and services and / or your violation of the TOU.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of Career Life College Pty Ltd's intellectual property, 3rd party intellectual property and/or services, use of Career Life College Pty Ltd's services, or access to Career Life College Pty Ltd's services.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
Career Life College Pty Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Career Life College Pty Ltd's services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Career Life College Pty Ltd shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of Career Life College Pty Ltd's services.

TRADEMARK INFORMATION
Career Life College™, the Career Life College Pty Ltd logo, and other Career Life College Pty Ltd logos and product and service names are trademarks of Career Life College Pty Ltd. Without Career Life College Pty Ltd's prior permission, you agree not to display or use in any manner, the Career Life College Pty Ltd Trade Marks.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The TOU constitutes the entire agreement between you and Career Life College Pty Ltd and governs your use of Career Life College Pty Ltd's products and services, superseding only by any License Agreement signed between you and Career Life College Pty Ltd.
The TOU and the relationship between you and Career Life College Pty Ltd shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria Australia without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Career Life College Pty Ltd agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Victoria. The failure of Career Life College Pty Ltd to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of the TOU is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOU remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of Career Life College Pty Ltd's services or the TOU must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
The section titles in the TOU are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

VIOLATIONS
Report any violations of the Terms of Use to Career Life College Pty Ltd Support.
